To add more context they are looking to end commissaries on bases that are often cheaper than regular stores for privatized grocery chains.

To add on this Hegseth is actively removing popular military officials, they're ending commissaries for privatized grocery stores that will absolutely increase food prices for troops, are doing nothing about the poor pay and the denial of promised bonuses. Literally doing everything to fuck soldiers

they were really onto something special with disgaea 2 artwork i feel, this was featured in the game and would show up randomly in the clear screen background after finishing a map. everyone is almost always sweaty or crying.
