Very fair. One of the possible (But crazy rare) complications of a vasectomy is loss of a testicle and I was like "I can not see how needing to take HRT for the rest of my life would really move the needle".
I have been known to joke that since I was already planning on taking multiple medications for the rest of my life due to disability, there was really no reason NOT to go ahead and be trans. Might as well at that point, really.
Seriously, we need to ask this question more often. If someone takes a medication “for the rest of their lives,” why should that be the concern of anyone else?

There is a Betterhelp ad that pops up on youtube which is so alike a different Cadbury ad that I often don't remember, in my ever sleepy state, which is which. This says nothing good about either product in my opinion.

Upset a friend yesterday. Also only got 3 hours of sleep. Fibromyalgia doesn't care that it's all ok now. I got stressed so my body is gonna suck for at least the next 24 hours. Just great
