Reporter: "Haha, okay well, that's all we have time for today, press conference over."

Some are slow metabolizers of B6 and case reports exist of toxicity at doses as low as 12 mg per day -- far lower than the 100 mg limit set decades ago!

I've had people tell me since it's water soluble, you simply pee it out. But with daily dosing, it can build up faster than you excrete it.
“People need to understand that vitamins are not inert — they’re chemicals. You don’t need to overdo them.” B6 toxicity may be underreported because symptoms build gradually and consumers may not be aware they’re getting too much. “It sneaks up on you.”

Poisoning caused by too much of the popular nutrient is rare, but cases are ticking up. Experts warn that people may not be aware they’re getting too much.

yet another data point for "the standard case for pragmatic electoral moderation would be more compelling if people stopped insisting that transgender issues are an electoral problem for Democrats"
Fox News Poll: The Republican Party is seen as better able to handle border security, national security, and immigration. The Democratic Party is favored on transgender issues, healthcare, vaccines, helping the middle class, and affordability.

I love you for filling in the gaps in care, I really do

And…
Hey. Primary care providers & GP’s.

If you’re referring a patient to psych,
don’t start them on venlafaxine.

Just…please don’t, okay?

If it’s not the right call the patient is gonna have a bad time coming off it no matter the dose

and it’s better just to wait for psych.

Pretty plz? Ok thnx.

(norman rockwell guy) i don't think we should replace human tutors with the lying robot that tells children to kill themselves
We want to make sure tutoring isn't the preserve of a lucky few, but accessible to every child who needs it.

AI can help us do that.

Safe, personalised, one-to-one learning support to help every child achieve and thrive.

Holy shit, there's an open carry #2A protest of ICE happening in Douglas County Colorado -- a very wealthy and very red suburb county of Denver. (I lived there for 16 years.) The Trump Administration pissing off committed gun owners sufficiently for them to join the protests against ICE is wild.
