Decided I wanted to try to learn to knit. As a treat for finishing my last project and starting a new hobby I picked up this yarn bowl at the farmer's market tonight.

I can cast on relatively well. Figuring out the knit stitch is giving me a little trouble. I'll get there.

Just recently finished a cross stitch that I started just about a year ago.

The front of a completed crossstitch done on yellow Aida cloth. It's a 3/4 diorama scene of cloud and tifa in the bar 7th heaven. Cloud is sitting at the bar with his buster sword on his back. Tifa is behind the bar. The characters are from the game final fantasy 7. This is the 8 bit version not the recent remake so the characters are pixelated.

So I'm bad at judging how close I am. And I did little else. But about two weeks shy of one year the cross stitch is finished! Cloud and Tifa are forever at the bar. Yay! Plus the back for you sickos. You know who you are. #crossstitch #finalfantasy7 #ff7 #crafts
