This is exactly what I’ve been saying for a while now. Majority of society expects that everyone should be able to retire and live 20-30 years with state pension (a benefit), with huge health and care needs being met… but with little consideration of who/if there’s enough people to pay for it.
I’m tired of scaremongering lies about migration being a threat to our welfare state when in fact OUR WELFARE STATE DEPENDS ON IMMIGRANTS.
If you want a pension, deal with the fact that few more of those paying for it will be brown.

Twitter has been dead for some time now, many have just been sheltering in it’s decaying corpse. The poisonous effects of doing so may have had ramifications on a large scale.
Hopefully Bluesky can fill the void and have a positive impact like the original Twitter back in the day.
