I'll point this out further. Black people make up only like 15% of america's ENTIRE population. The amount of black conservatives from 15%? Is probably like 0.05%. So how in the fuck. Do you get 66%? Well. Because you crunch numbers in very specific ways to make it SEEM like something else.
