Haha, good point! I’m the same way, if I’m locked into a show I watch an episode almost every night.
Say no more!! We’ve had it on our watch list since it came out, but we’ve been binge watching stranger things with the kids so haven’t gotten to it yet
That good huh? Wife and I are in need of a show to watch
Jesus Christ that man flew
VJ Edgecombe dunk show!

coming to an arena near you. 🫵
Phillies, you know what to do
For the 6th year in a row, a player named Will Smith has won the World Series

2020 - Will Smith (C), Dodgers

2021 - Will Smith (RP), Braves

2022 - Will Smith (RP), Astros

2023 - Will Smith (RP), Rangers

2024 - Will Smith (C), Dodgers

2025 - Will Smith (C), Dodgers
Wait wait wait, Blue jays fans are doing the “whoomp there it is” chant?! They already took the 93 World Series from us, they can’t take the chant too
Seranthony, maybe just set it on a tee for him next time for Christs sake
We’ll have to step it up to mandatory 4 practices a week
Nothing says the 90s like turtlenecks
Sometimes I can’t get behind some of the gaudy colors Lambos come in…but man it is CLEAN in that white with the red and black accents
Me too, literally just realized it the other day. Like what have I been looking at my entire life (I’m a Phillies fan so I don’t see it all the time, but still)
lol I recently started thanking the referees after my sons soccer games by saying “thanks, I appreciate you” when I shake their hand. Not entirely sure why, but it’s just my way of saying “I know it’s not easy being a referee”
I mean to me it’s kind of common sense, players from overseas are not MLB free agents, right? I’ve thought for a few years now that they should have to go through the mlb draft or some kind of lottery system. It could help create a lot of parity
I’ll be there, things like this don’t happen often
This was my view before the players even got off the field. Was there immediate shock/disappointment? Of course. But he’s a kid, mistakes will happen. Despite the ups and downs, he’s very talented and has the stuff to be elite imo.
Fantastic article, Matt. A decade or two ago I probably would’ve focused solely on that mistake, and wanted Kerk out because of it. Now I just feel for the kid, and want him to bounce back in a big way next year with the Phils. He’s too young and talented to let one mental blunder define him
Second point is ridiculous, and your first point proves it
Two things are true:
1) This series was lost because your stars didn't show up. Trea, Kyle, and Bryce get paid $700+M to deliver in these moments and they failed.
2) Kerkering can never pitch in Philly again. For his own sake you just gotta deal him the second the window opens.
Kerkering obviously blew it, but offense gotta figure a way to score more than 1 run in 11 innings. It’s beyond ridiculous. Scored in 6 of 38 innings through the 4 games. Inexcusable
I went a little different direction and said these extra runs would’ve done some good in games 1 and/or 2
Kershaw looks like absolute dogshit, they were saving him like some kind of secret weapon???
