#FFXIV Gacha design for @noblessia.bsky.social for the Charity Auction this year - a play on the sunset and the dusk that rises to meet it.

This time, I also designed a weapon that can be both AST and DNC weapon based on assembly. 🌞

This week's been busy! Three, pink pieces ready for silver colored dome-cap rivets & steel hardware. Two teal & brass spiked collars show off a neat dye technique making the leather look like oxidized copper or brass. The yellow & black straps, & the color swatch demo are for upcoming custom pieces.

Two teal and brass collars sit side by side on a granite slab. Both collars have main straps that have had an angular border design tooled into it along with pebbling down the center. Using a dry application technique, was able to make the leather look like oxidized copper or brass with bright tuquoise popping out in the tooling amongst harsher-aged greens and teals. Three rows of spikes go down the collars, the outer two being shorter spikes, center line longer, tree spikes one has golden tan thread, the other jade green thread.

Straps for two pink collars and a cuff set sit atop newspaper. The straps are ready for their steel hardware to be attached as well as silver-colored dome-cap rivets and pink liners made.

A yellow top strap and black back strap ready for their edges to be burnished.

Swatch demo layering desired colors, thread, and hardware together for second custom piece in progress. From top to bottom: brass buckle, leaf green swatch, chocolate brown swatch, pear green thread, and sienna liner swatch.

this is so wild to me because my body is like, silent LMAO my joints don't even make noise, I can't crack my knuckles or anything.

maybe that's why I'm so capable of accidentally sneaking up on people, all my latent body noises are on mute.
