Two queer women with a 6 year old in school today stopped to film ICE and for their bravery ICE agents murdered one before the other’s eyes. The grief in the survivor’s voice is a knife to the gut. Destroying people and their bonds is what ICE has always done.

I'm sorry, but I just think it's very telling when we differentiate between ICE's killing of American citizens versus undocumented immigrants. And I'm seeing that a lot right now.

Video is down in this thread. Like Emily said, the actual victim is not visible, but the video makes it clear how FUCKING GRATUITOUS this was, just the most unhinged unprovoked violence. ICE is shooting INTO CARS again.

I think star trek focuses a lot on genetics almost to its disadvantage. I Get that the 90s were the genetic revolution in some ways but I just don't believe they'd completely be rid of small molecule drugs in favor of gene therapies in the 24th century
