A realization that I had a few years ago is that most current day creatives you admire are probably working multiple jobs, and if they're lucky all of those jobs are creative, but many aren't.
Give yourself slack as you make ends meet, but also we all need to fight for better pay together.

Very, very few comic book creators can survive on just the money they make from comics. It is an inherently unstable job and it is only getting worse as time goes on. Don't ever be embarrassed or ashamed of needing another job so that you can keep making comics.

I know I’ll likely get heat for this, but here goes: don’t give less than 5 stars unless there’s a legitimate reason to do so, specially if you didn’t talk to the artist at all to try to resolve whatever issue you had. We’re not corporations, we’re individuals who are struggling against a system +
Please for the love of god do NOT buy from small businesses if you can't read or if you don't have the patience to deal with the platform itself that the sellers have no control over. we're not Amazon
