as someone who used to watch Full House every day when she got home from school, this line I wrote makes me giggle a lot even tho it might end up getting cut in the final version #screenwriting

Inner dialogue I've written for the draft of my first script, where an aunt who is taking over guardianship of her niece goes to comfort said character after an incident. The dialogue and title "Too Many People Live in My House" is a reference to the hit 90s sitcom "Full House" which I was a fan of as a preteen.

I’m sharing a Palestinian account every day and today is Rana. Rana was studying to work in a medical laboratory before the war and her husband owned a small gift shop. Their home and shop were destroyed. They have two children Hamoud, 3 and Tota, 7. Hamoud’s eyes were injured and needs treatment.

ICE in Chicago detained two people (that we know of) for filming them today, a cyclist and a neighborhood rapid responder. This in addition to tear gassing another neighborhood and brandishing weapons at rapid response—both things that have also already been going on for weeks.
