When all else fails, try misogyny.
[the NY Post scrambling to make a last-ditch scandal:]

"umm, uhhh, his aloof wife Rama Duwaji secretly ran the campaign"

It's not in this article but the government asserts that the sandwich was thrown at "point blank range", which implies subway sandwiches have defined effective weapon ranges of varying lethality, and I would like to see the government's chart of these ranges.

I want to see Mamdani win in NYC tomorrow for a lot of reasons, but one of them is absolutely to watch Bill Ackman crash out

Teen Vogue took young people seriously. It's impossible to overstate how important, how rare, and how profoundly needed that is.

The new editor of Vogue, who will now be taking over Teen Vogue, is a Hollywood nepo baby married to the "senior vice president of securitized credit investment at MatlinPatterson."

It’s truly scary how few mainstream publications are willing to publish working class voices and perspectives (let alone leftist ones), and every one we lose is yet another blow to the fragile hope for a better world

In a way, I find the authoritarian takeover of our media system even more disturbing than the authoritarian takeover of our political system.

Our political system has been failing basically my entire adult life. But, the media system provided accountability and sort of worked. Now it’s collapsing.

The faculty who say we should use AI to grade/give feedback because it's a way for us to "reclaim our time."

Line in the sand.

It isn't our time. It's theirs. If you have such little respect for your students and their time, quit.

Disrespectfully, the rest of us.

Walmart, McDonalds and Amazon are the largest employers of people who require SNAP assistance.

The CEOs earned between 18-40 million last year, 1000x their median employee income.

They took billions in profits, while their workers relied on SNAP to survive.

Wanna fix fraud and abuse?

Fix that.

If only we had some warning of his lack of judicial temperament . . . like everything he said and did at his confirmation hearings.
Brett Kavanaugh's behavior during today's second oral arguments has been incredibly obnoxious and rude. He is so eager to kill a service member's lawsuit against a negligent government contractor that he keeps interrupting other justices, raising his voice, and getting emotional. Weird and erratic.

Hey @teenvogue.com - just saw you laid off all your political staff. Nice to see you cave and kiss the ring rather than show journalistic integrity and hold the line. Given how solid your reporting has been in the past, this is particularly disappointing.
Teen Vogue was one of the last honest publications doing real journalism. This is a travesty.
I was laid off from Teen Vogue today along with multiple other staffers, and today is my last day.

certainly more to come from me when the dust has settled more, but to my knowledge, after today, there will be no politics staffers at Teen Vogue.

Teen Vogue did some great journalism around immigration detention and enforcement. Sounds like corporate has now killed that off.

The media landscape shrinks even further.
