I'm listening to a book called Tangent Knights 1 Caprice of Fate by Christopher L. Bennett. Its a tokusatsu inspired story a lot of references to kamen rider. You can really tell the author is a really tokusatsu fan Kamen rider super sentai power rangers all the things. Liking it so far

OK since no one asked I'm gonna explain my Evil Dead fan theory. The Evil Dead is strictly a horror movie, Evil Dead 2 is mainly horror but adds comedy and slapstick elements, Army of Darkness is a comedic Action Adventure movie with horror elements. The protagonist for those films is Ash Williams.
