after a raid of a fancy ship, Izzy finds this tureen and gifts it to Stede 🥹 Stede loves it and tears up a little because it's pretty cute and Izzy's all timid about it. seeing the mother hen design, Jim promptly names it Izzy, which everybody loves and Izzy hates but can't argue too much against it
