our morning glory was a real snooze-fest. It's in a planter on the deck with a trellis to climb -- looks like next year I need to find a sunnier spot 🌱

There are very few California native vines that do well in full sun. Calystegia macrostegia (Island Morning Glory) is doing well in full sun in Sacramento. The native morning glory is not invasive like the non native bindweed.

The restored men's bathroom in the Historic Hermitage Hotel circa 1910 -- Both male and female tourists are encouraged to take a peek when the coast is clear.

Green pedestal sinks, black chairs on the shoeshine stand, and black & green striped walls. #travel Wall Plaque reads: "By popular request, men and women alike in the Nashville area have asked that we preserve this men's room and restore it back to its original art deco luster remodeled and reconfigured in the 1930's. This room has been the site of several music videos and numerous legislative deals. The color scheme has encouraged as many women as men to steal a look inside." Growing food crops under solar panels is called Agrivoltaics. Lots of crops benefit from growing underneath them. I know in Maine they were piloting wild blueberries, and in Massachusetts cranberries. You can also graze animals like sheep or if you mount them high cows (not goats - they climb)

TL:DR- patients having operations that started between 1300 and 1800 had statistically significant increases in postop complications, compared to pts with operative starts before 1300.

Next question- I'd love to know the results for ops starting after 1800. 🤔

Oooh, this is interesting!

"Surgical start timing was an independent risk factor for increased short- and long-term postoperative mortality, morbidity and healthcare resource utilisation."
