september has been (unexpectedly) incredibly stressful and busy so my work pace has been very slow! BUT everything is sorted now so im back at it!!

just had to explain to my dad that my income comes from furry art and not pet portraits and it took so long to explain it. and he was like “so…….animals with human faces???” 😭 didnt click until i said “like the disney robin hood fox and tony the tiger and wile e coyote” LOL

sometimes i think anthros must theoretically be doomed to a life of quad pain 😭 when i try to walk on my toes and balance i cant do it without bending knees a little, and i think "damn they'd do this 24/7?? they all must have buff quads cuz this hurts like hell" LOL

this is so interesting!! ive always roughly based mine on the way dogs look when they stand on hind legs 🤔
so many ways to conceptualize digitigrade anthro legs when theres no real-world example for 2-legged walking on toes!! i always end up w a bit of crouch tryin to balance the centre of gravity 😭

like. almost always i find clients from bluesky have read ALL my info, know exactly what they want, know exactly what my process will be, and check emails regularly <3
anyways point is I APPRECIATE U ALL! all my commissioners are so lovely but ppl from bluesky are such reliably good communicators 😭🫶

idk what it is between here and instagram but i feel like people from ig tend to be more resistant to timely email communication, and (SOMETIMES) i can tell ppl havent read thru all my info and tos 😭 which is alright but i feel like ppl on bluesky just GET my work style yk

gotta say, commission clients from bluesky are some of the best clients <3 i talk to lovely kind people from every platform but 99 times out of 100 if a client comes from bluesky, theyre so polite and professional and punctual and patient!! all the good Ps
