it means they support the genocidal effort.

Nope: bio -> thou
is a 1 000 000 (mio) return on the effort.

A new trend: high volatility of personnel losses.
Recent video evidences some armoured columns getting smashed. But the volatility here is off the charts: low point is 57% of high point.

More observations of collapse of civilian economy.
This is volume, not monetary, data.
Presently, military economy is 1/2 of overall economy (re: federal spending).
Cargo is mainly raw materials thus quite representative of civilian eonomy, while containers could be shipping for military purposes.
Russian Business news 12/February/2026:

Container shipment on the Russian Far East Railways decreased by 11% in January 2026 to a total 110 900 TEU. Loaded containers dropped 13,4% to 102 700 TEU and cargo carried dropped 16,8%.

Again... these are nominal numbers.
Consider 15% inflation, minimum...

Just another indicator that the civilian economy has contracted by at least 20%.
Russian Business news 13/February/2026:

Demand for popular Valentine's Day themed products in Russia in 2026 fell 6-8% year-on-year. This is due to the desire of Russians to lower costs in 2026.

🥴 This is a marker when regularity of surrender appears on one front sector - it's a signal of an internal crisis in the enemy's units on this stretch. The work continues, the situation is under control!

The most notables thing here is not the cuts: no surprises there... expected.

Most notable?
The date.

They got the bad news from moskow.
They know...
“According to a decree approved by the Yurga administration on December 30 , authorities will now reimburse only 25% of preschool fees for families of war veterans, instead of the previous 100%. Parents must pay the rest themselves.”

And it looks like these cuts may spread to other districts
