I didn't pay enough attention to know when they returned exactly, but Trader Joe's Irish potato chips with Cashel Blue Cheese flavoring are back! They're a limited holiday offering, so snap 'em up if you like blue cheese. Officially my fave flavored chip, they're deeply rich, funky, thick, & CRISP.

Popeyes Cajun Turkey update: It needed an extra day to thaw in the fridge, so I cooked it today instead of yesterday.
Very easy. Just removed it from the packaging, placed it on a rack in a roasting pan, and ready in about 2 hours. It browned up nicely, and was wonderfully juicy and delicious.
