Absolutely terrible pattern grading: the sleeve on this top is only an inch and a half longer for the size 8 than for the size 3.

These are children's sizes. They correspond to age, in theory. An eight year old's arm should be a lot more than an inch and a half longer than a three year old's.

I think in light of that I should go all out and turn our front porch into Gwi-ma. Just a big flaming mouth between the columns.

I also just remembered someone else (unofficial) took my photos and photoshopped Benedict Cumberbatch's face on them to make a fake movie poster, so I guess that was already out there too (I didn't feel great about that either)

Once a fairly mainstream tie-in novel used part of one of my cosplays (an original element on an otherwise canon costume design) on the cover art and I guess it just never occurred to them to wonder why my photos were the only source for that specific part

Finally made myself do some art instead of talking myself out of starting. Wanted to make a user icon for a roleplaying server. I'm loosely roleplaying as the character Yin Ren (from the story "Evil As Humans" written by Nian Zhong). Drawn with marker and overpainted in Krita after scanning.

This is so funny to me (positive). There are (presumably; idk what the maybe-cyberpunk vikings or holy roman empire or whatever is up to) none of the same cultural forces that led to the adoption of western suits in actual history. It's just another Cool Thing From The Future, I guess
