The downside to Bluesky's mega block is that either I accidentally blocked someone who follows Ed Zitron or some I follow got blocked by Ed Zitron or a mutual of mine is blocked by Ed Zitron or blocked Ed Zitron so now I'm blocked by associate by happenstance

The thing about the third spaces thing that ppl don't talk about enough is that pigs will be like "we removed this bench to stop antisocial behavior" and ofc "antisocial behavior" in this case means "young ppl hanging out and not spending money"

the final insult of AI is going to be forcing us all to become linux guys. we're all going to be like oh yeah downloading stuff on linux is super easy you just juice the tarball and compile the pulp in the sudo command line. not like windows where you have to click on things

There are actually only two types of horror. There's "*SCREAM* OH FUCK SCARY SHIT IS HAPPENING" and "(moody dark ambient) everything is wrong here. i am lost and alone and things might never be ok again. I don't remember coming here and I know dep down I may never leave."

I, too, enter sulk mode when I am surrounded by blocks and cannot move
In Super Mario Bros. Wonder, some enemies enter "sulk mode" when they are surrounded by blocks and cannot move, whereby they will sit down and look upset with their situation. Some enemies can sulk but never do so during regular gameplay. Below are all enemies capable of sulking.

I for one, do not struggle to understand the paradox of tolerance. Seems pretty sensical
