Been fighting insurance for years over having a better chair and while that has yet to be a thing I'll get through them...

This time I'm working on a hexi quilt with jelly roll fabric and some yardages I had around the house.
My back hurts and eds is mad, but now I have to decide how I want to quilt this top up.

I've spent the last 3 days working on another quilt.

Disheartening to see federal agents take two neighbors on 29th & Pillsbury. Chemical irritants were used on observers by them.
MPD showed up on scene, created a pathway for these federal agents to kidnap our neighbors, and assisted with controlling the space. Disappointing and heartbreaking.

Ideally we're doing a blackberry purple paint with a pearl finish on the head with green, black, and silver decals on the head and case to match.

I've absorbed the costs of transporting most of my products to the US, paid the custom/tariff fees upfront. Paid the Fulfillment Centre to set things up. I've basically wiped out my savings to do this. While keeping my prices the same.

The tariffs in the US really messed things up for my business. I wish people in the US were more understanding regarding the barriers that small businesses are facing. Especially those not in the US. We're doing our best.

I was livid and so unbelievably upset when I got denied access for the foreseeable future.

People that pass laws like this "to protect the children" fail to realize or acknowledge the simple fact that without hrt, legal or not, people will absolutely kill themselves if they can't get the transition they need!
That's why it's life saving to transition those of us who are trans!

DIY is better than most of the trickle of healthcare cis folks allow us in good times, too.
Hell, it's *why* we got our healthcare in the first place. Trans people were showing up to clinics in a way better off state than the people who went to the clinic regularly.

This is not just "opossums are cute and I want one!" but it's part of a larger belief that we need to work more closely with the natural world around us and we need to negotiate with the world instead of always flattening it and plowing our way through everything.

I believe all of these things should be in conjunction with rewilding as much of our world as we can. This means allowing wildlife in general to live in closer proximity to us. This means every single person needs to be able to know how to interact with the local ecosystem.
