I know posting "the girls are fighting" seems funny, but it's actually insensitive and shitty.
My father died in a girl fight. He tried to break it up and the girls pulled him apart like freshly baked bread. He didn't even scream. One moment he was there, the next just a spray of dad viscera.

Occasionally we get tiny Goldcrests in the garden, hunting for insects amongst the evergreens. They’re resident in Britain, but some Goldcrests cross the North Sea to escape the harsher continental winters; people used to believe they rode on the backs of migrating Woodcocks. (watercolour)

Doctors continue to be infuriating. Had 2 doctors tell me my ferritin level (10) was “fine” (despite fatigue, brain fog, worse anxiety, GI issues) before I called my uncle (also a doctor) & he was immediately like “no, that is very much not fine?! get more iron or you’re gonna develop anemia” 😭
