All the product description I can find specify you need an "update" to get MK4. But eh. There's also a difference between missing some parts or having a key card. I don't think Nintendo would let them NOT have the game key warning on the cover.

I'm French Canadian... As a kid, about 25 years ago, I often had piles of snows higher than my house in the front yard, where I digged out giant multi-level, multi-room snow forts... It still feels weird to me to hear complains that there's too much snow while still being able to look outside. xD

Correction: This is only true for Digital version. Physical Switch 1 version is a bit pricier, and the Switch 2 version is even higher. BUT, it SEEMS liek it might be a "real" cardridge, and not a "game-key" one, based on images of the game cover not having the warning.

Oh well, eshop versions are still indeed both the same price at least, I was looking at the correct game when I did my original post. xD

Yep, you can set the Mii's dating preferences, and it's a check list where you can select 0, 1, 2, or all 3 options! So aro, pan, and all possible combination of 1 or 2 preferences between male, female, and nb. :O
