Ouch. I’m frustrated because I got back to surfing the last half of the summer and exercising more, yet gained 6 pounds. Hurt thumbs make things difficult.

It turns up I sprained my ankle a month ago and just thought it would heal up. I was just doing kicks, trying to free up the hips. I’m 64 and haven’t sparred in 20 years. I’m told to stay off it for a couple weeks, but that won’t happen

We had weird weather swings this summer. My tomatoes didn’t do as well as I wanted. I didn’t grow any peppers this year but will next. Green beans are idiot proof.
