What amazes me is the eagerness--not willingness, but the enthusiasm, the fervor, and zeal--some Americans ( #ICE ) have for killing other Americans. Sad, sick, and dispiriting.

Why I hate doing #book promotion: Successful #author once asked to read my novel in #manuscript. To help w/promotion. I waited. & waited. & he kept apologizing for not reading. Eventually he said he wasn't going to read it, he was done reading stuff people sent him. So.
