I’ve been sick my whole life. I never expected to “get better.”
But I didn’t expect to get worse so quickly.
How did I go from briefly carrying 50lbs again to a heart rate of 171 carrying an empty cardboard box fifteen feet?

It was just for a brief moment, but I was able to lift 50lbs today!
It’s taken me around a year of physical therapy, both in office and on my own, but I’m so happy to see my hard work show. 🥰

Contemporary domestic flatbed #KnittingMachines (SilverReed) and parts are made in China.
I know #machineknitting is niche of niche, but I’m not sure trying to relaunch after my health setbacks is even worth it. 🧶

Yesterday marked 70 plant starts given to different #communitygarden (s) in my area!
I’m proud of myself. It helps me feel connected to my #community, and I did it for those selfish reasons. I may be #disabled due to my #EDS, but I am still capable of good things. 🌱 #bragging #gardening
