Just booked a place in the Gloucester Half for March. Not done this one before but it looks nice - pretty flat, and a good chunk of it is along the canal out of the city, so should be a good variety of scenery. Next year's running calendar is starting to look lots of fun 🏃♀️ #halfmarathon #runchat

Tomorrow is a month away from Xmas Eve. Please have a look to see if you have any children's clothes, books, toys, etc that are no longer needed & donate them to your local charity shop ASAP. The demand for these items is now, not after Xmas. People are skint but still want to make Xmas special. ❤️

I have been signed off work for the next four weeks with stress and anxiety. I’m not going to bang on about it. But it’s a thing. If you have a kind manager, cherish them - I’ve been well looked after by the people I work with and I’m grateful for that. It doesn’t make my mothers situation
