This an offensive player, so it's not a Bosa brother. It's an NFC player so it's not Rodgers or Butker. I don't think this could be Cousins, because someone who robbed NFL teams out of hundreds of millions can't be dumb enough to make this statement.

I would generally think candidates that get their funding from primarily in the area in/around their district stand a better chance than candidates who get funding from way outside their district.
