A podcast can be literally anything. It's just sound. The big ones from big media orgs are all shit, the "will this do?" from celebrities and so forth are lazy.

But there are people out there doing really good work in the medium.

In 1989, five years before Pulp Fiction, Ving Rhames guest-starred on the final episode of The Equalizer. His character, Luther "Million" Paxton, works remarkably well as a backstory for Marsellus Wallace.
