The federal government claims it doesn't have the resources to save all the video footage at a single ICE detention center.

I saved every minute of every network & cable news channel, and ESPN, AND all publicly available pool feeds, every day of the year 2020. From an 800-sq-foot office in Tampa
And what is happening inside ICE detention centers? 404 Media also learned that the federal government claimed that the day after it was sued for allegedly abusing detainees at an ICE detention center, a “system crash” deleted nearly two weeks of surveillance footage from inside the facility.
ICE Says Critical Evidence In Abuse Case Was Lost In 'System Crash' a Day After It Was Sued
The government also said "we don't have resources" to retain all footage and that plaintiffs could supply "endless hard drives that we could save things to."

Not sure why this ended up in my feed but it's bonkers. The storm didn't hit Antigua, they are by no means trapped there. They could easily find a place to stay that isn't an all-inclusive. Now a NY politician wants the feds to threaten Antigua over it.

Charlie Baker getting paid millions to run the nonprofit NCAA as it commercializes every square inch of college sports is an all-time sweet gig.
NEWS: Jersey sponsor patches are coming to college sports.

Up to two logos on jerseys, one on equipment. Not allowed in NCAA championship events.

The NCAA Division I Cabinet approved it today, effective Aug. 1.
