OUT HERE in Baltimore “No Kings Day." At one point I heard perhaps the greatest symphony of honking dump truck horns ever assembled. 🚛🎷💯Also, I saw Republicans on the news saying, as usual, they're so terrified by things like this that they want to call in the military as their security blanket. 🤷‍♂️🦄🇺🇸

Same in USA. We've had a decade of a racist New York billionaire landlord and media personality at the highest level of politics, but somehow it's not the wealthy, the media, or politicians whose racism is holding America back, it's our most powerful people, factory workers living in trailer parks.

remember folks, we cant have gun restrictions because if we do the federal government will occupy our streets, imprison people without due process, ship dissidents to foreign gulags and things of that nature

Republicans out here with "I had to call in the military because I am constantly getting my ass kicked by 90-year-old hippies."

This is like Schrödinger's ancestors, simultaneously both "we should get extra special credit for what our ancestors did " and also "we need to all just forget about the atrocities our ancestors did."

Could it be warming ocean temperatures are altering the migration patterns of whales and their prey? No, of course not, that's just crazy talk. The problem must be any attempts to slow climate change are giving whales the windmill cancer.
Trump: "In New England, for 50 years they had two whales washed up. And last summer they had 14 washed up. Now, I'm not saying that's the wind farm that was built, but maybe it is. Probably is."

We've seen videos like this before, but usually when you see a tearful wife pleading with the kidnappers who have taken her husband, she's not talking to the U.S. president
Abrego Garcia's wife: "I will not stop fighting until I see my husband alive. Kilmar, if you can hear me, stay strong. God hasn't forgotten about you. Our children are asking when you will come home ... they miss their dad so much."

This is true: The Trump administration said it has imposed a 10% tariff on the British Indian Ocean Territory, whose only inhabitants are the U.S. and U.K. service members at the military base on Diego Garcia.
Incredibly, this appears to be true. We tariffed our own (jointly operated with the UK) military base.
We tariffed BIOT, Mike.

BIOT. Diego fucking Garcia.

We tarrifed our own military base.

All I keep thinking about is how Pete Hegseth raised questions of the competency of a Black four-star general and Air Force fighter pilot who was the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Hegseth asked did he get the job “because of his skin color? Or his skill? We’ll never know, but always doubt.”
