Why not? Allow it but have the initial gains tax be applied on top of the taxes for the sale if they later turn around and sell within a decade or so.

Sadly the current right-wing coalition government in Finland has cut the funding for the nation’s “Housing First” success story, & homelessness is now on the rise again. That just reinforces the fact that such programs work, if political ideology doesn’t stand in the way.

Time clock changes is a non-starter for me. The best part of CFL is the crazy last few minutes that happens regularly. That is lost with an NFL Style clock.
