I'm confused by this - the consultation on the change to guidance has a specific form that must be filled in on the EHRC website that asks a series of specific questions about the proposed changes. Is your recommendation that people ignore this process entirely?

This is an extremely stupid decision on their behalf, especially when fully separated toilets in their own rooms (like portaloos) are effectively exempt from the regulations around separate sex provisions.

What an absolute tool. It shows such careless disregard for other people. Even if he does have enough influence or wealth to escape retribution (I'm unconvinced) people he accidentally points the cops towards probably won't. The reason you shut up is for your safety and the safety of others.
