Can vouch for the Inevitable quickstart being great for APs, we used that last year for I think @pantslesstables.bsky.social's Pride Month fundraiser gameathon that I was a player in, works perfectly. Theres a PWYW quickstart/playtest you can pick up to skim the rules if you want a taster.

I particularly like combat - three dice use two to hit and tge third fir damage - which is simple but feels like it can prompt *decisions*

Also seems reasonably supported with adventures.
