It amuses me how I play video games in a very attentive matter. Like even though it's a spin off that takes place in the same universe Playing Judgement --> Yakuza 7 --> Lost Judgement makes sense bc events that occur in Y7 are briefly mentioned in LJ and it's cool.

Tales of Symohonia and Chrono Trigger are such excellent picks.

I feel compelled to bring up that it's flawed as heck and that i like it in spite of those issues.

I won't lie though Emil and Marta are among my favorite couples in video games I think their relationship grows and develops amazingly.

It's really good character building moments. I know it's a hot take but even if flawed and messy as hell but I do like Tales of Symohonia 2. Largely bc the skits are often in response to events that just happened and go a long way to developing Emil and Marta.

Ironically I think it's Devil May Cry 2 for me.
