in the absence of clarity the supreme court has made way for arbitrary punishment of trans people, in civil cases. the law does not apply to us anymore
The fact it's currently 2-1 (Peggie and Kelly - Darlington) in the Employment Tribunals demonstrates pretty clearly that whatever else the Supreme Court delivered it did not deliver clarity.
