Canites have mobile ears that inform mood/body language. One common thing is the ear flick to acknowledge you heard someone even tho you're not looking at them. Narok does this to Kas when she's annoying him and she gets mad he won't look at her so she attacks him from behind and

Hair is SO important in TCC. Narok’s hair changes a lot over the course of the series. His natural hair is red-brown, but he glamours it blond for multiple reasons.
In his 20s, he has it shoulder length, but in his 30s/40s, he lets it grow really long and shaves the sides.
