Ritual Entertainment's seminal Heavy Metal: F.A.K.K.² released in 2000. This is a pretty early Quake 3 Engine based game, but what sets it apart is that Ritual developed their own set of middleware tools called ÜberTools to enhance the engine quite a bit. This weird game is a favorite of mine.
I am into retro video games and comic books. So I am pinning my big box PC collection. I plan on moving soon, so everything is in boxes, ironic I know, and these aren't even all of them, so when I do manage to move, I am going to make a new thread that is actually organized.
We got two X-Files games. One is an FMV game from the 90s, and two, a Resident Evil clones, sigh even with zombies, on the PS2. I played both It boggles my mind that we never got more games like the X-Files.

99% of all my computer use is on my MacBook, but I have a PC I built several years ago that’s had a few minor upgrades over the years to play games. It hardly gets turned on anymore, but when it does, I can't get over how slow it is. It's not even like it doesn't have fast parts.

I don't think not wanting to give money to awful people is about "being scared and frustrated". Willing to bet this ends with him claiming to be a free speech absolutist and all criticism is cancel culture.

Early season's Mulder's haircut still bothers me. it's so fucking 90's professional.
It just occurred to me you could easily do a gender-bent X-Files. For one, Fox Mulder is already extremely twink-coded (we also know what David Duchovny looks like in drag. Thank you David Lynch). Hell, you would not even need to change the name; Fox is not exactly gendered.

I maintain that “Spawn,” if read from #1 to #100, is actually good. I can't imagine, though, reading that as a monthly and can understand why people found it plodding. Although I think that pace really nails home Al as a character. There is a real character arc there.
