Don't fear DEI - diversity, equity, and inclusion isn't a communicable disease. You won't go to sleep and wake up as a Black woman, be paid less, and have precarious healthcare. Nor will you wake up transgender & have no rights at all.

Equity isn't pie. If I get some, doesn't mean you'll get less.

Protect workers’ tips, equal pay for equal work for teenagers, raise the wage for 130,000 Albertans(40% who are bread winners for their families).

Bill 201 would have help so many Albertans and the UCP would not support it.
Wages not keeping up with costs, so they struggle to afford the basics, is the number one issue for most folks - the UCP has not plan to do anything, except vote against our ideas.

Today the UCP voted against tip protection and raising the lowest minimum wage in the country. #ableg
