I did a lil research before the first time I ever bleached my hair. Knowing u weren’t using a shower cap, this all makes sense now. I b frying the shit out of my hair to get it blonde cause it’s really dark too but idc cause it’s so short the damage gets cut off every 2 weeks

One thing I’ve learned this year is that you’re responsible for advocating for your professional development.

Use that tuition reimbursement. Get the certifications and more degrees if your org is going to pay for them.

Network and go to difference conferences for your field. It’s up to you.
