It should be a Plan A.

We shouldn't be playing russia's game by waiting for the russian-US farce to conclude to implement it.

It's great TV watching these CNBC analysts realize there is no "theory" on TV in real time and they can't even invent one. One just said "They're burning down the house to cook a steak." There's a phone ringing off the hook in the background no one's picking up. It's chaos, I recommend it.

Day 121 continuous. Tonight, people angry at the illegitimate Parliament prosecuting Georgians over the Russian invasion of 2008 fill the avenue.

People chant the famous song “it’s time to F the Georgian Dream.”

To wrap this already long thread up, a reminder: now that Europe has to rearm, we really, really need to remember these lessons of the past.

Finland wasn’t the only country to understand that strong defence requires a strong society.

But our current crop of politicians seem to have forgotten it.

Hehe Brits getting bold:

”The Brits will likely be one of the first nations to commit because everyone follows the Brits,” he [a RAF source] said. “If the Yanks aren’t telling people what to do, it’s for Keir Starmer to say.”

I wonder whether Trump likes the monster he created

What does Europe get if Russia is not defeated?
More Russian military advances in Europe, more countries invaded by emboldened autocracies, tens of million more refugees who will inevitably want to come to Europe, and hundreds of thousands of deaths, if not more.

Turk here! For context, this is against a regime that has been in power for 20+ years in a biggest city of the country. Opposition has found its footing for the first time in a while. Let’s not use this to disparage our American friends but to give them hope instead.
