The rope is holding a creature without he body of a pig, the mane of a lion, 4 horns, and a face with black eyes and a bright red third eye. "The Happy King" A man with a crown and a halo forced to smile by two hands while a creature is emerging from his chest "The old forest god" "And in the stillness of the woods, the Old Forest God returned to reclaim his dominion..." _____ A horror creature is coming out of a bright portal in the middle of the woods, his upper body looks humanoid, his lower body beast like. There's a gape in his belly and a tentacle is coming out of it. His head is crown with antlers and a bright red halo. "The fisherman by the lake" "See? Told you we should wait for migration season! These nosey guys can't resist to see what's going on. No need for lures nor nets! Easy catch!" ____ A fisherman is holding two big creatures with the body of a fish and the face of a human. He's standing by a lake with red water, more human-face fishes are poking their head out the lake. In the distance 3 giant eldrich creatures walk among the mountains below a yellow sky with red sun.

a ghost dog who is partially transparent waves at the viewer a furry speaker scientist in a lab coat is activating a light labeled "intention". the light is aimed at a slab with the word "word" hollowed out of it. this casts light and shadow onto a wall behind the slab. the wall has the word "meaning" written on it. there is a furry scientist listener taking a picture of the word "meaning" through the slab. the listener's camera is labeled "comprehension". A common archetype that i have observed is one in which an individual uses two layers of defense to protect an otherwise unexamined confusion or emptiness. This relates to a defense of the ego and does not apply to all situations involving anything discussed. First posturing: -A mask (or wall) of mockery is sustained in which the defensive individual behaves flippantly as if in jest. This positioning is a way to be aloof from the situation, using incredulity and belittlement to keep a person or their ideas away from the defensive individual. Second posturing: -A mask (or wall) of rage is revealed after a certain level of perceived threat is achieved internally. This positioning is usually the one the defensive individual maintains when they have given up the argument or the introspection. Not risking an ontological or existential crisis, the defensive individual lashes out with anger, often accusatorily in manner, potentially belittling others further or just plain rushing away in a huff. This is usually the end of the engagement. Third posturing: -The masks (or walls) both come off, leaving the defensive individual to examine the thoughts or behaviors involved in the situation more critically. The defensive individual may find themselves feeling deeply uncomfortable, sad, uneasy, lost, or confused. This position leads to introspection and to a genuine openness, which is not something that the defensive individual had been prepared for.
