A drawing of Gus laying over Hawthorne for a kiss. Hawthorne's wrists (and presumably ankles) are tied to the posts of the bed with a blue scarf, and from the livid bruising under the restraints, it seems he's been there for a long while. He's sweating and covered in hickeys and more extensive bruising around his throat, his hair is matted, the dark circles around his eyes are a little more pronounced than usual, and his arms are shaking. Gus' fingers are pressing into Hawthorne's cheek to stop him from turning his face away; he doesn't seem to need very much force to accomplish it.

I make fantasy & sci-fi illustration, all digital. Lots of it involves dragons, and most of it is creature concept art. 🐉
Creature Concepts: Rage and Sorrow the Mechanical Harpies 2 robotic harpies on a grey background. They have long necks with a single rotating joint in the middle, and metallic masks that look like women's faces form their heads. The jaw of these masks is open, and a flamethrower protrudes from Rage's mouth, while a sonic pulse weapon sits in Sorrow's. Bird-like wings made of metal feathers sprout from their backs, and a shawl-like fabric covering that flaps in the wind is fastened to both pairs of wings. Both harpies sport a long, snake-like tail. Sorrow's is tipped with a blade, and Rage's ends in a tube that belches smoke. Art by @sarahdraws8.bsky.social. Creature Concept: Northern Dragon A white dragon sits up on a snowy tundra plain. Black rocks litter the ground, and grey clouds cover the skies, which are grey with blizzard clouds. Beneath the dragon's front claw is a human skull. I would like to take a moment to (yet again) deny the outlandish accusations that every time I finish an art an angel gets it’s wings. No further questions.

About the "sapient alien species" that lives on the same planet as the creature I posted earlier today.. it's the Nan-Te'gah. The most prominent feature they have in common are the head appendages.
