Just a reminder since it's the season for people to discover a certain mockumentary that I will not name. If peoples theories are more interesting that what's on screen, and you don't believe in death of the author, you've done something inherently wrong as a story teller.

Years ago, I noticed my wife opens and closes their mouth when they use scissors, which I find incredibly endearing. Although I only discovered yesterday that I do something I'd argue is way more embarrassing:
