Kat’s book is an absolute blast. It’s a unique experience set in an alternate, dystopian 1980s America. It’s a buddy-road trip mixed with a healthy dose of melancholy and grief for fans of liminal horror. And, it introduced me to the term, ‘gastrohorror.’ Highly recommended!

Just finished the SYFY show, #Revival (based on the comic of the same name) w/Melanie Scrofano. Turned out to be a really fun and inventive sci-fi/horror-adjacent show with some cool and unique ideas! Admittedly, it bit off a bit more than it could chew by the end, but gotta respect the ambition.
