2.05- Gunnar
2.06- Jazz
2.07- Trea Turner

Of course this is subject to change
Last night on the pod, Scott White and I drafted the first two rounds for 2026. Here's my own personal first two rounds:

1.01- Judge
1.02- Ohtani
1.03- Witt Jr.
1.04- Soto
1.05- J-Ram
1.06- Skubal
1.07- Carroll
1.08- Tucker
1.09- J-Rod
1.10- Lindor
1.11- Acuña
1.12- Elly
Another year goes by, a different team celebrates in Yankee Stadium. The worst part is wasting away historic seasons from Judge.

Anywho, congrats to the Blue Jays and their fans. You were the better team all season long. Even more impressive doing it without Bo Bichette.
Congrats man! Maybe I should listen to more of Vlad and myself 😂
I enjoyed it! We’ll be doing something similar on the pod soon as recap positions and take a look at early 2026 ranks.
I offered both the 30,000-foot *AND* the in-the-weeds view of the catcher position to kick off the offseason at the FBT Newsletter, looking at the biggest rankings risers and fallers, previewed the offseason, and more.

A star is born! Trey Yesavage was FILTHY against the Yankees in his postseason debut:

5.1 no-hit IP, 1 BB, 11 K, had 18 whiffs on 78 pitches, 11 on the splitter, 5 on the slider, 2 on the fastball

I always pride myself in transparency since people can always go back and listen to my takes on the pod. Most of these team results are public, too, but people like to know how we did in our leagues. And that last part is key, just have to diagnose the problems and try to be better the next year!
good questions and topic! tbh I'm not sure what the answer is. A lot of the time there's just no way for us to know. Sometimes teams or players tell us after the season but throughout the season it's usually pretty vague.
We were back and forth for first in Tout the final month and then he just pulled away. He's a great player, indeed.
And here's how I did in NFBC leagues. Another subpar showing on that front. Safe to say we got beat pretty badly in the 'Beat FBT' league! I'm still in the process of diagnosing what went wrong on these teams. I'll talk more about that on pods this week, lessons learned, etc.
I had some close finishes: 2nd in Tout Wars (15-team Roto auction with OBP), 2nd in Memorial magazine league (12-team Roto auction, we actually did that draft live on YT back in March)

How did I do in other industry leagues?
7th of 12 in NL LABR
6th of 15 in TGFBI (cont.)
We spoke about it on @FBTpod but here are my results from this Fantasy Baseball season:

I was in 16 total leagues, 7 normal redraft leagues, 6 draft-and-hold, 1 dynasty, 1 keeper, 1 scoresheet

I only won one: my home keeper league, 12-team H2H points (cont.)
Thank you for the support!
Another Fantasy Baseball Today regular season in the books! That's now five full seasons on the podcast and I couldn't be more grateful! I want to thank everybody who supports FBT, whether it's the podcast, watching on Youtube, or consuming our work on the CBS Sports website. We appreciate you!
Zac Gallen's last 9 starts:

2.68 ERA, 1.01 WHIP, strikeouts are down but he's doing a much better job limiting walks and hard contact while inducing more ground balls
And Kittredge converted the save
Brad Keller just pitched the 8th again with a two-run lead, facing the top the Rays lineup. Andrew Kittredge on for the save again.
Brad Keller pitched the 8th inning with a one-run lead, facing the top of the Braves lineup. He allowed a hit but got out of it. Andrew Kittredge is on for the save in the 9th.
⚾️ RANKINGS UPDATE ⚾️

Much needed rankings update! Here are my latest positional ranks for the final few weeks of the season. All of the rookie pitchers are in there (I hope), plus other recent standouts, etc.
