I think a better use of $40b is investigating ways to clean up the toxic water from fracking as that water is needed in the west where the fracking is occurring....

there is no such thing as medical cardiac age.....

And, if you have to have a team of specialists and all the labs, etc...it means your health is not good....my mom is around his age....and she only has one Doc and no labs, etc. because she is healthy....
