The good old "I didn't mind X so much until they started shoving it down our throats" is just this - more options are now available, and some people hate that their particular thing is not the only acceptable thing anymore.

I love how insane GUI programming is to a novice like myself. You learn the language and feel reasonably confident in the basics, so you go "I'd like a window with a button that does the thing" and then some sort of eldritch abyss opens beneath you

I am still equal parts angry and amused by this. So many people who have already gotten used to pressing a button instead of paying artists have now gotten tired of pressing said button, and wants AI to do it instead.
