It's high time for some reviews as I've been reading an eclectic mixture of books since July this year ... The Hoarfrost King by Galit Ben-Ami 4/5 Different cultures are portrayed believably and the problems that the protagonists face are realistic. There’s plenty of magic, both good and bad, as well as amulets and rituals. There’s tragedy and laughter, incredible healers, sinister dark soldiers and a particularly evil king.
