I agree and for me the latter has always been the hardest and maintaining community relationships/friendships but thats where my personality and support needs are more complex i think b/c I lived with undiagnosed Autism, Dyspraxia and CPTSD and depression for over 50 yrs 🧠-🎲-🆚️ 🫂 🫶
